.: Double Track Malaysian Railway Study, Seremban to Johor & Ipoh to Perlis.
Date : March 2001
Location : Peninsular Malaysia.
Summary : In this project, an ALS survey created a 200m width of spot heights at about 1m to 3m grid spacing along the proposed route which comprised a 300km southern portion and a 340km northern one.

.: Railway Feasibility Study – Petronas
Date : March 1998
Location : Terengganu , Malaysia
Summary :

A DVG survey was done for a 100km stretch with 300m width. A complete annotated video with coordinate (RSO) and time display was produced for the Canarail alignment engineer to justify their proposed route and for the University Kebangsaan Malaysia authority for their environmental impact study along the proposed route. This was done while GDS digitized features and ground profiles to create a final digital topographical map.

DVG survey system assisted the conventional Aerial Photogrammetric surveyor who was delayed by weather and thick clouds for about 3 months by completing GDS's full DVG survey and progressively delivering cleaned data in one month.

.:Tilting Train Project
Date : July 1997
Location : Perak, Malaysia
Summary : A primary Static GPS survey was done to establish control stations from Sungai Siput (U) to Bidor. A series of new GPS stations were successfully established every one km along the existing railway track for the detail team to base the detail and topographical survey upon.

.:Bintulu Railway
Date : August to September 1994
Location : Sarawak, Malaysia
Summary : The purpose of this survey was to map the corridor for 140 km of new railway from Bintulu to Nanga Merit. The width of the corridor varied from 100 m to 400 m depending on terrain. A total of 1234.5 km of line was flown and the final results were delivered 12 days after the completion of field work. In a report subsequently produced by the client it was estimated that this amount of work was equivalent to approximately 1000 field party days or 10 field crews working 6 days for 4 months.
